On Christmas, there was a Disney Christmas Day Parade and she was on Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay, where my family had been just the month before on our Disney Cruise! I was freaking out!!! 😀

You posted! I am on a book high. I got 5 books on Monday and my first ever ARC on Wednesday. So on Monday I got a box set with the first 3 Penderwicks books, Princess academy: the Forgotten Sisters( it just recently came out. I think it was in February. I finished it today. It only needs one word to describe it. AMAZING. Have you read the Princess Academy series?), and the Healers Apprentice by Melanie.
On Wednesday I got Book Scavenger( I told you about the giveaway in a previous post). It doesn’t come out tell june. If you keep an eye out on the website though a book may be hidden near you at some point( the website is bookscavenger.com ). So I have to read the book, hide the book, and post a hint on the website where I hid it.

I started and Book Scavenger and so far it is AMAZING. you need to keep an eye out for a copy to come near you. The idea of a book scavenger hunt is so much fun. I wish there was an actaul book scavenger hunt website. It would be so fun. Wouldnt it be fun to search for and hide books? Maybe I should set something up for me and my friends. I don’t know. Wouldn’t it be fun if we could exchange books?

OMG, the Book Scavenger sounds like SO much fun! I’ll be checking it every so often to see if one comes near me. That’s awesome!!! It would be amazing if someone set something up like that. Have you ever heard of Geo Caching? It’s just like that, except there are just little trinkets (like bouncy balls) and logs to write your name in. There’s a website and app and everything. It’s pretty cool.
I just looked at From the Mixed-Up Files, and I love it! I subscribed to it. I’m glad you found it! There are a lot of Young Adult/Teen book blogs, but I haven’t found very many dedicated just to Middle Grade. 🙂
I’m not doing much this weekend, I went to the historical home with my cousin today and we gave two tours – one to these 2 people and one to a group of Boy Scouts. There were two other girls there who signed up about a week before me, so they’re new to it, as well. They’re a year younger than my cousin and I. (Probably your age.) They’re so sweet! I really like doing it because I have met a few girls who like history like me, and I get to dress up and pretend I live in the 1850’s for a few hours! 🙂
