Currently…

It’s been four months since I last did a “currently” post, so I thought the time had come to let you guys all know what I’m up to outside of reading again. 🙂

LISTENING TO

  • “Every It” // Caitlin Mahoney
  • “Don’t Be Shy” // Cat Stevens
  • “There She Goes” // The La’s
  • “Cheek to Cheek” // Ella Fitzgerald (Fred Astaire’s original version is fine, but Ella does it best.)
  • The 2005 Pride & Prejudice soundtrack (“Dawn” is my favorite. Wait, scratch that. Every song in this movie is my favorite. Just get me some tea and some Mr. Darcy and I could cry listening to it.)

WISHING FOR

  • My dad’s sweatshirt. I keep stealing it, and then he gets annoyed with me… but it’s SO SOFT. Now I have to go and buy a $30 sweatshirt just like my dad’s, and who has the money for that? That would buy three brand-new books!

EATING

  • Pizza. I honestly spent a good chunk of my Christmas money on two or three boxes of pizza. My cravings are just too strong to seperate us. I have no regrets in life.

(I’ve been dying for an excuse to use this GIF ^ and I did it. I finally got to use it and now my life is complete.)

  • Lots and lots of chai tea. I’m not much of a tea person, but chai is so addicting. (Oh coffee dear, you know you’re still #1.)

WEARING

  • Puffy jackets in thirty degree weather one week, short sleeves literally three days later. It’s as if Georgia has these intense teenage girl mood swings and she’s like “you know guys, I’m HAPPY let’s make it SNOW” and then she gets ticked off the next day and makes it seventy degrees and rainy. Someone get Georgia some chocolate and make her happy again.

WATCHING

    • Timeless: a time travelling trio (a soldier, pilot, and historian) set off after a terrorist attempting to destroy America. aka an emotional plot twisting roller coaster featuring epic historical costumes.

  • This Is Us: awwww, too much cuteness. Though right now I’m mad at every character accept Toby and Jack. They can do no wrong.

  • Gilmore Girls: let’s be real though, when am I not. (Currently skipping all episodes that don’t include Milo Ventimiglia – who currently plays Jack on This Is Us – because again, he can do no wrong. No matter what show he’s on.)

ON MY TO-DO LIST

  • Quit scrolling through apps and pick up a book again.
  • Delete cat photos to make storage space on my phone. (My cat is just way too photogenic. LOok at tHIS pReCIouSneS. I have a problem, I know.)

If anyone is wondering, his name is Thomas O’Malley (“O’Malley” for short), after the heroine of the Disney movie The Aristocats. He likes water (if the sink/shower is running or the toilet lid is up, he will be soaked) and pipe cleaners and cuddles.

WRITING

“I flew six flights up, until breathlessly, I pushed myself through the door of Apartment 21B. The glass doors that led to our balcony at the end of the living room proved quite a view: raindrops running down the glass, the tiny balcony covered in potted plants and ivy, cars crawling in traffic below, our beautiful city skyline, and a grown man hunched in a black windbreaker on a thin iron bar. It was as if I were looking at a painting or photograph, colors bleeding in the rain.”

– snippet from an admittedly melodramatic but exciting scene in my WIP that I had a blast writing.

ANTICIPATING

  • This new skirt I ordered from thredup.com (which is an online thrift store that I spend way too much time browsing.)

  • Going to Disney World next month (!!!!!!!!!!!!)
  • A new episode of Timeless on January 16. (The withdrawals are getting to be too much.)

That’s all the time I have for today (seriously – it’s 6 PM and I haven’t finished my science lesson… hehehe. *dies*) But before I go, the winner of the Salt to the Sea giveaway is… Jonathan! He’s great, and any one person who gets as excited over a Ruta Sepetys book as he does deserves a blog follow, so go check him out. (And then go get your hands on a copy of Salt to the Sea if you haven’t read it yet. That would be the obvious next life choice.)

So long for now (until I’ve finished reading my *sigh*ence lesson…)

  • watch Roman Holiday
  • ask my dad to fix my sidebar so that the *all* the books light up when you roll over them
  • avoid bookstores and online shopping so as not to risk spending my hard-earned money
  • keep up with the online typing games… so I can finally learn to type ;P (procrastination at its best)
  • flip through the driver’s manual my dad keeps bothering me about *cue “When Daddy Let Me Drive” by Alan Jackson*

WRITING

(I’m too lazy to write a synopsis so here’s the gist)

  • 17-year-old girl named Bea
  • Mentally unstable/depressed (?? undecided by the writer who is putting off research, ha) father
  • Moves in with eccentric grandmother to keep an eye on dad
  • Quirky town, quirky neighbors (think Stars Hollow or Camden Falls)
  • Boy named Eli
  • discovers things about her mother
  • Cute coffee shops
Tell me everything that you’re currently writing/eating/obsessing/crying over/wearing!

Well hello there bookworms! It’s been a while. I know. I’m sorry. Life has been crazy. We’re talking supreme cheese pizza with olives and pineapple and bacon and sausage and the whole nine yards crazy. Since my summer isn’t going to settle down anytime soon, I’ve decided to switch up my blogging schedule. Instead of three times a week, I will be blogging on Wednesdays and Saturdays. My posts will be more spread out but hopefully more consistent and a better quality. I’ve missed chatting with you all so much! Here’s what I’ve been up to. Let’s catch up in the comments. 🙂

CURRENTLY FANGIRLING about… the fact that Wonder by R.J. Palacio is going to be a movie with JULIA stinking ROBERTS as Auggie’s mom! Um??? SoOOOoOO many MG and YA adaptations have been announced recently (Red Queen, Between Shades of Gray, A Series of Unfortunate Events, and more I’m probably forgetting) and I’m just over here like

and then to all the teenagers who look at me odd when I talk about stuff nobody hears about:

youllsee

CURRENTLY WATCHING… I’ve read a mere two books thus far in June (the shame, the horror, the guilt — I know) so you’d think I’d be binge watching Netlix. But alas I’ve even betrayed my own life support. I’m looking forward to seeing Finding Dory because I have been on top of that one since before anyone knew it was a thing. I’d like to watch more Downton Abbey with my dad but I just haven’t had a chance to fully invest myself in the show. So in the meantime, Gilmore Girls reruns it is ’cause: Jess.

(Telly recommendations welcome, I beg of you.)

CURRENTLY LISTENING to… I will refer you to my complete favorites list on Spotify (x) where I have been compiling every song that has caught my ear in the past two years. Scroll to the bottom for the most recent listenings, which include “Just be Held” Casting Crowns, “Can’t Stop the Feeling” Justin Timberlake, “Save My Heart” Jason Reeves, “Baby Girl” Sugarland, “Keep on Lovin’ You” Steel Magnolia and just about a thousand others.

CURRENTLY ANTICIPATING oh sweet pancakes guys. For the past four years, I have been stalking and fangirling over Miss Rachel Coker. Her books are amazing, her photography is inspiring, her words are like chocolate, her wardrobe is to die for. I’m pretty sure my family is sick of hearing me talk about her. And I get to MEET HER in August. At a writer’s workshop. In her home. For a whole weekend. With several other girls I’ve met online. *And* her adorable sister Hannah Everly (the one who makes the skirts.) I’m a little excited maybe. Just a lil bit. Expect photos. And blog posts. And fangirling. I might just die y’all. RIP me.

CURRENTLY READING… My ten year old self is through the roof right now. I have been waiting for a sequel to The Candymakers by one of my favorite childhood authors Wendy Mass for five years. It’s going to be here AUGUST 2ND. And I have an ADVANCED READER’S COPY. I’m thinking I’ll give the first book a re-read since it’s been five years, and then onto the sequel!

giphy-9

CURRENTLY READING… ignore my “currently reading” widget. I’d update it but at this point I’d have to update it everyday because I’ve been so off about my books lately. I HAVE NO DISCIPLINE. None. No self control. #moodreader (ha. more like all-around queen procrastinator.) SO. I’m not reading a Jewish memoir of a man who survived a Nazi imprisonment camp. Oh noo. I’m reading Pippi Longstocking. (For the thousandth time. No shame.) Riveting stuff. But hey, if that’s what it takes to get through this month with a respectable number of books read, then so be it. (Let’s face it, not gonna happen.)

CURRENTLY WEARING… only the shirt made for me. The manufacturers were all “Oh hey you know that girl Emily? This shirt is for her.”  Thanks mom for the sweet surprise. Extra fries please yo. (Dipped in milkshakes because that’s the only way to eat them.)

fries

Thus concludes this blog post of “Emily Being Sporadic and Ramble-y and Probably Boring Her Readers.” I didn’t know how much I missed blogging and being myself to all of you sweet bookworms. There was so much to say! Do tell me what you’ve been currently up to! I MUST CATCH UP. Since we established that I’m going to die upon meeting Rachel Coker we need to say everything that needs to be said prior to my departure.

Talk to you guys below! Go! Flock!

I HAVEN’T DONE A “CURRENTLY” POST SINCE DECEMBER.

And since I took a blog break for three weeks in March, I figured it was time to let you all know what I’m up to these days. (Since I know you so adore reading about your Favorite Bookworm.)

CURRENTLY FANGIRLING about… um, the apparent upcoming MOVIE for my new favorite book, Between Shades of Gray?? THAT’S A THING. I read two of Ruta Sepetys’ books in March, and I’m itching to read her third and most recent novel, Salt to the Sea. She writes beautiful historical fiction, and I can’t recommend them enough. The movie for Between Shades is going to be called Ashes in the Snow, and is set to premiere sometime in 2016. That’s about all we know (that and the cast, which I’m neutral on), so I’m kind of flipping out. I’m picturing some form of The Book Thief meets Unbroken, so that should be cool.

READ THE BOOK THIEF, WATCH THE MOVIE. and curl up in a tiny ball and die. (and if you’d like a repeat, read Between Shades of Gray and Unbroken.) Okay that’s settled.

CURRENTLY WATCHING… Downton Abbey, When Calls the Heart, The Notebook, Made of Honor, Enchanted, Gilmore Girls re-runs. The list goes on. Which is sort of a bad thing because it means I’ve been watching a lot more TV than I should be, being two books behind my reading goal. (Cue panic alarms.) Netfliiiiiix, what are you doing to me?? What can I say? Patrick Dempsey and Ryan Gosling are just more appealing these days.

CURRENTLY LISTENING to… When I’m in a music “meh” mood (aka: all the songs I previously had on repeat suddenly become so last week) (only because when I find a song I like, I never. stop. playing it)… I turn to old Taylor Swift songs. (If you’re interested, that would be the Red album, because I’m not gonna lie, three years past my short-lived obsession, I still think it’s amazing.) Don’t question my music tastes. They’re classics. My family and I have also been hitting up the Disney station on Pandora because…

CURRENTLY ANTICIPATING… setting off for the middle of the Caribbean in exactly two weeks, with Minnie and Mickey and not a care in the world. (Not. A. Care.) It’ll be our second Disney Cruise, and I swear it hasn’t completely set in yet. You can bet on a ton of pictures when I get back. On that note, if you have any contemporary romance-y, light reading recommendations, PLEASE let me know.

I plan on taking one or two with me because my original plan of pre-ordering The Crown – the last book in The Selection series by Kiera Cass – on my Kindle failed. It’s available on May 3, when we’ll be somewhere in the middle of the ocean with no Wi-Fi. Which I’m totally not complaining about. But I have a feeling someone (*cough* Brooke *cough* *cough*) maaaay be holding some things over my head. So there is that. (Unless said someone reads Mother/Daughter Book Camp, which *also* is available on May 3, but I’m super blogger and I has read it already as an ARC and it was amaaaaazing… just saying, guys, you’re gonna love it.)

CURRENTLY JEALOUS ABOUT… my best friend Brooke, who, frankly, is Bookworm Queen, met James Dashner last week and got a signed copy of The Winner’s Kiss by Marie Rutkoski. I’M DROOLING, guys. Considering the fact that I’ve only (thus far) read a hundred pages in The Maze Runner, I’m not screeching in envy over the fact that she met the James Dashner but she did get me some swag, so that’s cool. I JUST REALLY NEED THE WINNER’S KISS IN MY HANDS RIGHT NOW. I died in the ending to The Winner’s Crime. Died. So read the last in The Winner’s Trilogy on my behalf when you’re at my funeral, okay? Has anyone read it yet?? Has anyone read any in the series? TELL TELL.

CURRENTLY WRITING… I’m kind of stressing out over a short story I’m writing for school, but it’s also one of the most fun projects I’ve had to do academically. I had a bare-bone plot line (1940’s… somewhere in the US) for several weeks and really had no clue where I was going with it, and then somehow or another my narrator turned into a pair of bunny slippers?? My brain is a crazy place, but I *think* it’s going to come out okay. Once it’s all polished and ready, I’ll post it on my Wattpad for you to read. (I’m also messing around with a novella I’m hoping to complete this summer, which is also posted on there — totally and 100% cheesy and maybe-not-so-great, but hey, I’m dipping my toes into the writing process at least.) So you can keep up with all that here.

bunny

these are my bunny slippers, which I’m unhealthily attached to. Whilst looking about my bedroom, my eyes landed upon these dingy, fuzzy ole chaps and I thought “I know! I shall have them tell the story!” so there you have it.

CURRENTLY READING… um. three books. *shields eyes in shame* Here’s the thing: I don’t read multiple books at once. It stresses me out. If you can do it, go you. I don’t multi-task well in general. (Which is a shame, because I’m always thinking about multi-tasking. In the middle of one book I’m planning on the next one.) But since, like I said before, I am two books behind schedule (… again), hopefully it will help?

I am: listening to The Maze Runner by James Dashner (much to the prodding of Izel and Brooke), reading Cinderella’s Dress by Shonna Slayton on my Kindle (I’ve hyped it up so much in my head to the point where it’s very anti-climatic), and I’m reading Passenger by Alexandra Bracken (only the prologue, so no generalizations yet.) And I just finished skipping around the collection of novellas in Stars Above by Marissa Meyer. (A companion to the oh-so-wonderful The Lunar Chronicles. It was great to be back in that  world again.)

So that’s what I’m currently up to. What have you been watching recently? Reading? Writing? Anticipating? Eating?? (I’m hungry, spill.) Talk to you in the comments, bookworms!

ATTENTION: ONE WEEK TILL CHRISTMAS. ONE. WEEEEEEK.

How on earth can this month, this YEAR have flown by so incredibly fast? That’s insane. That’s… wow, I’m getting old. In 2016 I CAN DRIVE. 2016 IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER. I’m just a ball of excitement & crazies!

Currently Reading: Okay, okay, I’m jumping on the bandwagon. Finally, finally, yes, I am reading Divergent. After basically every single person I know PLUS my grandma (yes, my grandma. She’s so cool and hip. Hi grandma!) has read and told me to read it a hundred times, I’m doing it. I’m joining the club. For once maybe I’ll know what people are talking about! Whooo!

Currently Watching: GILMORE GIRLS. Guys. This is insanity. I finished season three in three stinkin’ days!!! AHHHH WHAT AM I DOING WITH MY LIFE. Spending my Christmas break well, I suppose. Because. Well. Jess and Rory.

I mean, it’s kind of getting out of hand. It’s seriously all I doooooo. And yes it is on Netflix if you want to make me a very happy Emily. (in fact, whilst typing this on the couch as my parents search through the guide for what to watch I requested you-know-what and they denied the request. bahumbug.)

emily

Currently wishing for: A bazillion things. But Christmas is seven days away right??!! But mostly a new kindle paper white. Books. Helloooo. Also – it’s as close as you can get to a real book on a tablet! All I want for Christmaaaaas is yoouuu a kindle paper whiiiiite…

Currently eating: The peppermint milkshake from Chick-Fil-A. Holly-jolly happiness in a cup. And I have to admit… I like it even better than the peppermint mocha or frappuccino at Starbucks. Mm-mm-mmmm.

Currently listening to: Pssshhhh what am I not listening to? I have a very wide and eclectic taste in music. But of course, mostly recently it’s been Christmas songs, especially While You Were Sleeping by Casting Crowns. I’ve heard this song for years, but it really hit me as I listened to it this year. Had me tearing up.

Oh little town of Bethlehem // Looks like another silent night // Oh Bethlehem, what have you missed while you were sleeping // For God became a man // And stepped into your world today

United States of America // Looks like another silent night // As we’re sung to sleep by philosophies // That save the trees and kill the children // America, what will we miss while we are sleeping

(P.S. if you want to listen to my other favorite songs, you can see my playlist here. They’re all wonderful, and I’m always adding songs to it, so go to the very bottom for my most *recent* favorites. Then She Appeared is the newest one and I’m in looooove.) 🙂

Currently Procrastinating: Reading. I have a hundred books to read. And I really want to read four more before 2016 rolls around, so I can meet my goal of 70 books this year. Originally, the goal was 50, but now I’m at 66, so I thought I’d extend the goal. I’m *thinking* I want to go even further next year and shoot for 100, but I’m super nervous!! Can I do it?? As I said, I’m reading Divergent, but honestly it’s not what I want to read right now (chill out, it IS really good and I am NOT disappointed)… it’s just not the genre I’m into at the moment. How can I possibly have a bazillion books on my shelf to read and not want to read ONE?! Sigh. (Anyone know a clean, easy romance to get into??)

Currently Fangirling About: My signed copy of Cinder by Marissa Meyer. EEEEP I LOVE YOU BROOKE.

emily

Currently Cuddling: My cat Maisy. She’s crazy. And bipolar, I think. Also, we’ve established that she has some anxiety issues. After nearly two months of having our dog Beasley, she stills hates him. So she spends 95% of her time in my room, attacking your feet from underneath my bed or getting fur all over my comforter and desk and every single surface she can get her paws on. But at night she really likes to cuddle. At first it was cute, because Maisy is normally very… detached. But now I think it’s because she gets lonely since I can’t ALWAYS be in my room and it’s becoming annoying. Poor Maisy. Last night I kicked her off the bed. (I mean, my HEAD.)

emily

Currently Loving: Christmas movies! I watched It’s A Wonderful Life and White Christmas for the very first time this year! Well, that’s not entirely true because my mom watches both every year, so I’d seen bits and pieces of them, but I sat down and watched all the way through this time. Can’t believe I’ve missed them!

so those are all the ‘currentlies’ (currentlys? currently’s?) i can think of for now, but talk to me in the comments! what have you been currently up to? i want to know your favorite songs we can listen together! and book recommendations! i always want those. merry almost-christmas!!

Emily

currently

Hi guys! I love doing “Currently” lists, because who doesn’t like talking about themselves? (And who doesn’t like reading about me?) 😉 Hopefully you don’t mind too much, ’cause Imma post ’em anyway. Ready to see what I’ve been currently up to?

Currently Listening to: Build Me Up Buttercup – The Foundations.

I’ve heard this song before, but recently on Pandora I heard it on the Michael Buble radio (which is THE best radio on Pandora, by the way – alongside the “Easy Listening” one) and it’s been on repeat ever since! It’s so peppy and I love it bunches.

Currently Watching: CHRISTMAS MOVIES. Right now, I’m planning on giving The Christmas Card & Christmas With Holly another watch. Cheesy romantic movies are great, but then add CHRISTMAS to that description and that’s it. I’m a sucker. Also, whilst writing this, Leap Year is playing on TV, which is my new fave. My cousin Sydney and I watched it at a sleepover together and if you ask us about it, we won’t be able to stop smiling thinking about it. It’s just so ADORABLE.

Oh, and I nearly forgot – GILMORE GIRLS! It’s on Netflix if you want to check it out; I’m on episode four (as of November 5th whilst writing this) and love it. Rory Gilmore is essentially me.

Currently Eating: Leftover “Not-Halloween” candy! My family doesn’t do Halloween, but who’s to say we can’t pig out on candy like everyone else? The November 1st sales are da best! Unfortunately I ate all the Reese’s but the Kit Kats are left and I’ll take ANY chocolate I can get my hands on.

Currently Wanting: A Kindle Fire Paperwhite. Man, do those look awesome! I sold my Kindle Fire HD because a) I broke my mom’s computer and I am not exactly rolling in the dough, soooo. Payin’ off my debt, peoples! and b) it’s going on four years old and I was planning on selling it anyway in order to save for a Paperwhite. Buuuut, since Christmas is a mere forty-three days away (eep!) … I’m thinking I’m going to wait to see what I get under the tree…

Currently Loving: My new dog, Beasley! He’s just SO LOVABLE. Just before I wrote this, he pulled the old pillow pet we leave in his crate to the front of the door so that it blocks the entrance, right after our cat Maisy poked her head inside. Is that not positively adorable or what?!

emily

Currently Making: A Thanksgiving book! My mom bought my sister and me these small, blank hardback books to fill with things we’re thankful for during the month of November. Each day we write something we’re thankful for and decorate the page! I’m loving the way my book looks, and it’s so much fun to write in it everyday. Two weeks till Thanksgiving, bloglings!

This is just TOO accurate! XD

Currently Writing: My NaNoWriMo novel! That’s right, ladies and (can’t think of any gentlemen who read this except maybe my dad) XD – it’s National Novel Writing Month! My tentative goal is 1,000 words per day… which would then put me around 44,000 words (I’ve got 14000 down from starting it a month or two ago.) So that’s exciting. Expect more updates in the remaining weeks of November!

Currently Counting Down For: CHRISTMAS!! (Poor Thanksgiving just gets skipped right over, but I am looking forward to that too. Did someone say pie?!) The Christmas carols were being blasted in October and now it’s just six weeks away! (Gosh that’s unbelievable.) I also can’t believe 2016 is right around the corner – FTB will be turning two in no time! Okay, okay, maybe I am getting ahead of myself. But I am prepping for Christmas… for my friends and family off and online! Keep an eye out for Christmas giveaways soon. I’ve got a few tricks up my sleeve…

Fun fact: According to a random online quiz, my “Peanuts” character is Linus.

In the meantime, I’ll talk to you in the comments and I’m off to turn on a Christmas movie!

Emily

currently… // lists

Hello everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve done a currently list, so here’s what I’ve been up to. 🙂

Currently…

Watching: Growing Pains! I love this show. I’m a big fan of 80’s and 90’s family sitcoms – I love Boy Meets World and Full House! – and Growing Pains has been a favorite, too, but especially recently. Also, my mom just got the first season of The Facts of Life on DVD from Netflix, so I’ll be watching that one too!

Reading: Well, I’ve been re-reading Pride & Prejudice for the past week (it’s Sunday today), but I’m hoping to finish that one up soon. After that, I’ll be started Melanie Dickerson’s newest book, The Golden Braid, which hits shelves in November!! I love Melanie’s books, especially the fairy tale series (which The Golden Braid is in – it’s a Rapunzel retelling) so I’m so happy to have gotten an ARC of it!

Listening to: Taylor Swift. Of course, what else is new?? I’ve been listening to her probably everyday for three solid years. I just can’t get enough of her old songs. Currently especially obsessed with Superman. Other than the usual, I’ve also discovered a song called “Let Her Go” by Passenger. My mom and I heard it on a show we LOVE (Heartland – season 9 comes on Hallmark soooon!!!) and it’s just sooo pretty. Both Superman and Let Her Go are below:

Writing: I’ve started writing lessons again with the wonderful Rachel Coker! Right now I’m writing a novella (currently at about 22,000 words out of the goal of 25 or 30k) which she is critiquing. It’s not my favorite thing that I’ve ever written, but I’m finishing it so that’s something to be proud of.

Loving: Curly hair, new lipstick, sweaters, and CHOCOLATE OATMEAL COOKIES! First off, the curly hair: I have naturally frizzy, unbearably… what’s the word… POOFY hair. However, with a spray bottle and a little gel, it is adorably curly and wavy. On the plus side of the frizziness, my hair has no problemo with volume, so it holds curl really well. I’ve been straightening it for a while, but I just re-discovered the curls an love them!

New lipstick: I got some Revlon lipstick from Target the other day and love it. 🙂 It’s a light shade (I can’t go too dark) but I’m just obsessed. Sweaters: It’s finally sweater weather in Georgia!!! YAY! Sweaters (and cats and chocolate and books) are my obsession. Excited is an understatement. And as for the cookies?? My mom got me a box of mix and I made some today and I’m fixing to go get some more because my mouth is watering! YUMMY.

Wanting: This phone case. But I probably won’t be buying that for a while since my sister and I got in a fight… and… let’s just say my mom’s laptop was the victim… SO while I’m paying mom back for that, my wallet is currently empty. In another month or two? Hopefully!!! …… just typed that up and went to look for the link, and the website has stopped selling it!!! NOOOOO. Sigh.

Wearing: Sweaters, like I said, and skirts and REALLY cute shoes! I’ve been fall-shoe-shopping with my mom recently and I am absolutely in LOVE with my new boots and ballet flats. Forget boys, I’m marrying my shoes. No kidding.

so what are you up to currently?? can’t wait to hear!

Emily

  • My Hannah Everly skirt! (duh!) 😉 You have no idea how excited I am to get it. It’s SO cute.
  • a letter from my pen pal. (I always love getting those)

Currently…

  • people-watching my neighbors from my bedroom window. (Lol! I’m not creepy! I promise!) 😀
  • making my room smell like fall (I told you I’m excited!)
  • counting down to my birthday (5 weeks to the day today!! EEEP!!)
  • also counting down until I go to the beach (5 weeks and 1 day! EEEP!!)
